What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom branded KeepCups?

There is an artwork set up fee charged for each artwork set up.
The MOQ is usually 120 units per SKU depending on the print set up required.

How many colorways can I order?

Custom color combinations have a minimum order quantity of 60 units per SKU, and there is no cap on how many colorways you order beyond that.

Each colorway counts as its own SKU, so a three-colorway order means 60 units of each. You can mix sizes and materials across an order, and choose band, lid and plug colors per colorway.

For artwork, branding and lead times, talk to our wholesale team — they will confirm what is available in your chosen material before you commit to a quantity.

What are the lead times for custom KeepCup orders?

Lead times are measured from Sales Order and artwork confirmation date to dispatch. Our standard lead time is 3-6 six weeks, though this will depend on the order volume and your needs, please contact the sales team if you have a time sensitive request.

What artwork do I need to supply for a custom KeepCup order?

We required an approved Sales Order and an approved Artwork.
Our design team can create the artwork from a vector or high resolution file. Pantone numbers are also helpful for color matching.

What print and branding options does KeepCup offer?

Silicone band pad printing - up to 4 colors
Cork band - laser etch (no color)
