Product is great, needed a replacement lid after our originals started wearing out after 7 years of use. But buying a replacement lid and plug ended up similar price to buying a whole new cup in store from a stockist. Online pricing does not support the most sustainable option unfortunately.
Lids are OK, but the inner part that stops the leaks degrades over time. It becomes hard and thus starts leaking. Although they last for a few years, I'm now purchasing the second lot of replacement lids (third lid for the base). Kinda doesn't feel as eco-friendly or sustainable as I would have hoped, as the old lids now get tossed into the bin, adding to plastic waste.
Love the colour and fit my existing glass with no problem.
