If you’re on the fence, don’t be! I spent all of last winter in Alaska for work and I made the great decision of buying a thermal Keepcup before my travels. This year I found out I was going back, and I bought myself a second one in the 16oz size. I happily came back to Alaska with both of them in tow, and they are invaluable! These are easily the best cups. I have a couple glass cork ones, a cold cup, and these two and they are always in my hand! 10/10! 1000/1000! Keep cups forever!

The lid retains the odour of coffee - I disassembled all the parts including the rubber, and soaked them into Milton sterilising fluid and vinegar and bicarbonate overnight, but none of these worked.

This bottle keeps hot drinks hot and cold ones cold. It’s very durable and does not scratch when other surfaces come into contact.

Despite looking the part and available in a range of colours, this cup is neither leak proof nor keeps warm enough. I need a thermal cup for the side pocket of my day bag that will last at least until lunchtime - this does not stay warm enough.
The open/close mechanism is overly complicated and is not easy to clean properly....the twist motion seemingly doesn't close tight enough to stop leaks. There are good video tutorials showing how to fit after cleaning, but I believe it's a design flaw.
The cup itself is of great quality, just the lid closure let's it down significantly. I'd try your luck on the Commuter.

Love my new leakproof Keepcup Travel Mug, but am really struggling with putting the lid back together each time. Takes many attempts before both pieces stay on the lid. Have read the instructions many times but they are not very helpful. When I try to put the top seal onto the lid the bottom piece of the seal drops off everytime. Extremely frustrating, and very painful on the hands to try and get the pieces together. Have had it for several weeks now and have taken it apart and reinstated it probably 20+ times but still have the same problem. At least it is leakproof once fonally put together properly, unlike my old Longplay cup that always leaked where the lid attaches to the glass cup. Keeps drinks hot for ages too which is awesome.

Keepcup have incredible customer service and extremely responsive. Unfortunately my two helix keep cups starting leaking after less than a year of use and it was driving me and my wife insane. I tried purchasing replacement parts however the website wasn't working. I emailed Keepcup and they responded very quickly to my enquiry about the website. They ended up sending me two new lids for free! The cups are amazing in that they keep our drinks hot for hours and are conveniently sized. Very impressed by Keepcup.

Love, love, love! Even though we have to hand wash because of the cork, it's beautiful and amazing. So fun to drink out of. Thank you!
