Why is the Brew Cork Coffee Cup so popular?

Brew Cork is one of KeepCup's most iconic and best-selling products. Cork is a natural product, and the band is made from the offcuts of cork production from the wine industry. Its natural, insulating, biodegradable and feels lovely to hold and to use.

How does glass work as a travel cup?

Glass is the perfect material to enjoy speciality coffee, it is clear, has a clean taste. KeepCup glass contained 25% recovered material and is tempered. This means is toughened to withstand heat and daily use. It's a favourite!

Why do we want to use recovered and recycled materials?

The longer we keep objects and materials in circulation, the fewer new raw materials we need, which in turn lessens the impact we have on the world's remaining wilderness and biodiversity. 
For most of history it has been cheaper to take-make and waste, but using items for a long time, redesigning to reduce waste, reusing and repairing all have an impact.  It doesn't just impact material flows, it shapes our attitudes and beliefs about how to live well and to live as part of an ecosystem.
