Changes and cancellations
We aim to dispatch the next business day. If you need to make changes or would like to cancel, please call your nearest KeepCup office or contact us as soon as possible with your order number and change request details. If we receive your request prior to dispatch, we’ll do our best to make the change or cancellation.
Returns & Exchanges
Any unused KeepCup product in the same resaleable condition and original packaging in which you received it can be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the cost of shipping the return will need to be covered by you. If we accept your return, we will refund the amount paid for the item, within 10 business days.
We do not accept items for exchange. If you want to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order and return the original item. We cannot accept the return of any customised product.

Delivery times are generally 1-5 business days after fulfillment. Below are current delivery timeframes provided by our carrier partners. Transit may vary, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

International shipping - duties, VAT & tax charges
Customs thresholds, duties, and import taxes vary country to country and are not included in our shipping costs. If any charges are incurred, they are the responsibility of the recipient and will need to be paid prior to delivery. For more information about your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
EU customers note: Orders below €150 will be free of customs fees. If you are delivering to a business address, you may be required to provide the tax information of the business (VAT/EORI numbers) to customs prior to delivery. This may delay delivery.
