Every customer is a partner

We cobrand with businesses, organizations and events trying to shift behavior from discard to reuse.

We are mindful that giveaways, promotions and marketing that gives our products away to someone who may not want or value a reusable cup, becomes part of the problem, not the solution.

We encourage our customers to move away from obligatory freebies. We want to inspire a shift, where people take only what they will use. It’s important to think carefully about the value of branded merchandise for the recipient, for the brand, but most of all for its impact on the planet.

Similarly, consider what printing you are putting on the product; is this something people will be proud to carry? We can help you design a beautiful cobranded product that people would be inspired to use again and again.

Collaboration is a deeper engagement between our business and yours for the purpose of raising funds or awareness, creating new products or engaging with a cause with which we have alignment.

These relationships go beyond branding to create something new and exciting; broadening audience engagement and deepening our commitment to the outcomes we are driving both as a business and a campaign to drive change, particularly in relation to the circular economy and product stewardship.

Charitable partnerships

Partnerships with not for profits like Sea Shepherd, WWF and Oxfam are relationships driven by commercial outcomes and sustainability principles.

We don’t have “old stock”, we sell everything; we celebrate reuse and encourage everyday change, but we don’t give it away. For this reason, we don’t recommend giving KeepCups away for free without engagement around the issue or solution. After all, KeepCup is not about having – it’s about reusing. Creating a sense of value around KeepCup ownership helps drive the decision to make reuse a part of daily life.

It’s important to us to focus our efforts and resources on the mission we began almost a decade ago – to create a world where people no longer need, or want, disposable cups.
